I find the money brokers haven’t paid you and help you get it back

In 2 weeks, I’ll review every load past 30 days in your aging report for free and tell you which money will come back. Then my team follows up with the brokers and, if needed, files a claim against their bond.

Aging

We collect from brokers, starting with your oldest load

Brokers should pay in 30–40 days, but some never pay unless someone follows up. We’ve seen a client’s load go unpaid for 138 days.

I always start aging with the oldest load. First the loads past 60 days, then past 46, then past 30.

  1. 1

    Paperwork

First we check that the BOL, POD and rate con are complete, because without full paperwork the broker has the right not to pay.

  2. 2

    Email and call

We email the broker to ask when and how much they’ll pay. If there’s no answer, we call.

  3. 3

    Broker portal

Large brokers show each load’s payment date on their payment portal.

  4. 4

    Bond claim

If the broker still won’t pay, we file a claim against their bond.

  5. 5

    Collections

Collections comes last, because the agency keeps 45–50% of what it recovers.

Most unpaid loads I’ve seen trace back to a BOL the driver never sent.

Many factoring companies take back the money for an unpaid load out of your next loads after a set period. That’s a chargeback. Until the old load is collected, that money is coming out of your pocket.

15%

For this work we take 15% of the money we collect from brokers. If nothing is collected, you pay nothing.

Contract

A 1.25% contract can cost you 2.90%

Most owners only look at the rate. The contract runs 20–25 pages, and the other fees are written into the clauses deeper inside.

  1. 1

    Factor fee 1.25%

The rate the agent quotes and the contract shows up front.

  2. 2

    Flex rate +0.65%

Another 0.65% is added based on volume, and the rate becomes 1.90%.

  3. 3

    Same-day / wire +1%

Need the money the same day? Wire adds another 1%, for 2.90% in total.

When I read a contract, I find every fee, add each one to the rate, and work out how much really leaves your account every month.

Total2.90%

Say you submit $100,000 a month and take same-day funding every time.

At 1.25%$1,250 a month
At 2.90%$2,900 a month

That’s $19,800 more a year.

What else your contract may include

  • Monthly minimum

Submit less in a slow month and your rate goes up or an extra charge shows up.

  • Auto-renewal

Miss the notice 90 days before the end date and the contract renews itself for another year.

  • Term

You agreed to one year, but the contract may say 18 months.

  • Termination fee

Leave the contract early and you pay a separate fee.

  • Processing and wire fees

Small charges per load or per transfer that add up by the end of the month.

  • Aging fee

A separate charge for every day or month a broker pays late.

The agent reads your contract for the factoring company. We read it for you.

Results

$5,000,000+

That’s how much we’ve collected from brokers for our clients.

  • $3.5M

    One client

The owner didn’t know that much money was stuck with brokers. The audit found it, and we collected it in 2026 alone.

  • 1–1.5%

    New MCs

We’ve secured fixed rates for 3–4 months for new companies with 1–3 trucks. Factoring companies usually give that rate to fleets of 15–20 trucks.

  • Below market

    Our client base

We bring factoring companies a lot of clients, so companies that come through us pay a lower rate than they’d get on their own.

We don’t name our clients.

About me

I’m not a factoring company

A factoring company and its agent both look out for the factoring company. I stand between factoring and you, and I protect your interests.

I studied finance and taught the factoring section of the ACCA program. Today my team runs factoring and aging for trucking companies across the US.

FAQ

Common questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes, you pay nothing for the audit. Once you see the results, you decide whether to work with us, and the report stays with you either way.

How does the 15% work?

We take 15% only of the money we collect from brokers. For example, if we collect $10,000, we take $1,500. If we collect nothing, we charge nothing.

Are you a factoring company?

No. I’m not a factoring company and I don’t sell factoring. I stand between factoring and you, and I negotiate on your side.

Will this hurt my relationship with my factoring company?

No. We work with factoring companies every day. Lowering a rate or changing a contract is a routine conversation for us.

My contract hasn’t ended yet. Do I still need the audit?

Yes. Even mid-contract, your rate can be renegotiated based on volume tiers. We’ll also tell you ahead of time when your contract ends and the last day to stop auto-renewal.

Doesn’t my factoring company collect from brokers anyway?

Your factoring company has plenty of its own work. If nobody on your side follows up on a load past 30 days, it just sits in aging. And after a set period, many factoring companies take that money back out of your next loads.

My English isn’t great. Is that a problem?

No. We read the contract, and we talk to the agent and the brokers ourselves. With you, we can talk in Uzbek, Russian or English.

What do you need for the audit?

Your factoring contract, your aging report and access to your factoring portal. We’ll tell you the rest on the call.

Will my information stay private?

Yes. We look at your contract and reports only for the audit and don’t share them with anyone.

I just got my MC and don’t have factoring yet. Can you help?

Yes. I’ll help you choose a factoring company, talk to the agent, and open your account at a low rate. For a company with a clean history, the account opens in 5–6 business days.
